The school management page contains the general management system for the school. It has the following;

  • Select school: If you have multiple school departments, like primary, JHS, or preschool, this is where you will select the active school to show its data.
  • Noticeboard: Used to submit notices to the entire school. When a student is logged in, they can see your notice message on their account’s dashboard.
  • Manage Schools: If you want to add more multiple school departments, like, JHS, preschool, SHS, primary, university, etc., this is where you set that up.
  • Manage Classes: Use this setting to set up your school’s classes. Navigate to manage classes > Add a class > fill in the info and submit.
  • Class sections: Schools with section divisions can use this feature to manage their class sections. Examples are, Section A, Section Red, Section 1, etc.
  • Class Timetable: Used to manage class routines or timetables based on the school’s subjects.
  • Live Classes: When the school decides to run live classes online through video conferencing or an e-learning system, they can use this feature to set up the details for the live class. 
  • School Sessions: Used to manage school sessions. For example. 2023 to 2024 session. Each session has its database, including students, staff, etc.
  • School subjects: Add all your school’s subjects using this feature. Examples are English, Mathematics, Science, etc.
  • School events: Whenever your school has an upcoming event, like a party or celebration or any type of event, you can present it at the School events setting.
