School Management
Class Sections
The Class Sections feature is built on top of the Manage Classes feature. After creating your school or department’s classes, navigate to the class sections to manage the sections.
How To Use Class Sections
If there are multiple sections in your school, definitely in each class, there may be multiple students at different sections. So in every class, you have to set up the number of sections in your school. For example, let’s say your school has Section 1, Section 2, and Section 3. In Class 1, you have to create those 3 sections, Section 1, 2, and 3).
How to Create Class Section(s)
- Navigate to School Management.
- Click or tap on Class Sections.
- Click or tap on Manage, next to the class you want to add or edit section(s).
- Under “Add New Section“, type in the Section name in the “Enter section” space provided.
- If you want to use that section as the default or the main one, check the box labeled “Set as default section.”
- Click or tap on Add New Section to add the section to that class.
How to Edit or Delete Class Section(s)
- Navigate to School Management.
- Click or tap on Class Sections.
- Click or tap on Manage, next to the class you want to add or edit section(s).
- Under class sections, you will see a table. In the table list, you will see a plus icon at the left start. Click or tap on it to expand the options.
- To edit, click or tap on the pencil icon next to the Action text.
- After editing the section, click or tap on Update Section.
- To delete, click or tap on the red recycle bin icon and choose confirm to delete.
- NOTE: You can’t delete a section that has been set as default.
Responses
