Noticeboard

The notice board feature is used to submit notices to the entire school. When a student is logged in, they can see your notice message on their account’s dashboard.

How to Add a New Notice

  1. Navigate to School Management.
  2. Click or tap on Noticeboard.
  3. Click or tap on “Add New Notice“.
  4. Enter the notice title (required).
  5. Type in the notice description (required).
  6. Choose a Link for the notice. For example a pdf attachment, a website link (URL), or None if you don’t want to link to anything.
  7. Set the notice status, either active or inactive.
  8. Click or tap add new notice.
  9. Done. You will see a confirmation note stating “Notice added successfully“.

How to Edit or Delete a Notice

  1. Navigate to School Management.
  2. Click or tap on Noticeboard.
  3. In the Notice list table, you will see a plus icon at the left start. Click or tap on it to expand the options.
  4. To edit, click or tap on the pencil icon next to the Action text.
  5. To delete, click or tap on the red recycle bin icon and choose confirm to delete.
