CISS is Transitioning to a Corporation
November 30th, 2023 – CISS has launched Office 1.0.0 Pre-MAX upgrade featuring a blueprint revolution. Get ready for a massive transformation across CISS with this upgrade. This groundbreaking project is set to shake things up in the entire company. Laying the groundwork for a future-ready CISS.
Our internal systems are growing at a very fast rate, so we have to keep restructuring the company’s blueprints to keep up with its fast growth and prepare the entire company for future operations.
Office 1.0.0 upgrade is called Pre-MAX because it’s a huge upgrade (MAX) that has been announced before its operations will fully take effect (pre-release).
CISS GH Limited is now CISS GH Corporation
The above picture shows our new corporate structure. We have upgraded CISS company blueprints from Limited Enterprise to a Corporate system. CISS Branches are now CISS Divisions or CISS Subsidiaries. The company is now defined as:
“CISS (Craftech IT Solution Services) GH Corporation is a growing corporation with divisions providing all-in-one professional IT Services, Engineering Services, and Special Programs.” NOTE: This definition is subjected to change anytime we upgrade the company’s blueprints.
Redefining CISS Official and CISS Office – Main Heads
CISS GH Official is now the parent company of CISS GH Corporation. CISS Office is now the main headquarters of CISS GH Corporation, handling the blueprints and Core Operational Systems (CISS-COS) of the entire corporation. Both the Official and Office heads will be working closely together to take care of all the divisions, platforms, and systems under CISS Corporation.
Introducing CISS GH Divisions – (Previously CISS Branches)
The above picture shows our old company structure. We used to call CISS Academy, CISS Engineering, CISS Space Exploration, and the others as CISS Branches. But we have changed them to divisions (or subsidiaries) in the Office 1.0.0 Pre-MAX upgrade. Now, our divisions are;
- CISS Web – Professional and Affordable Website Services.
- CISS Design Studio – Bringing Creativity to Reality.
- CISS Academy – Redefining Education for Everyone.
- CISS Engineering – Think, Innovate, and Engineer the Future
- CISS GH Store – Professional E-commerce Development Solutions
- CISS GH Developers – Build Computer Programs
- CISS AI – Innovate and Empower With Artificial Intelligence
- CISS Nature Discovery – Explore the Wonders of Planet Earth (Special)
- CISS Space Exploration – Unfolding the Wonders of the Universe (Special)
Now, each division (formerly branch), has its internal management and operational systems developed and handled from the company’s blueprints. It is just like how we launched separate branch upgrade systems in Core X. This change has enabled our divisions to operate independently under CISS Office.
All these divisions will still be under the ownership of the parent company — CISS Official, and will use something we call The Core Operational System (or CISS-COS), from the parent company to ensure smooth workflow and cross-branch-communication (or CISS-CBC).

These branches of CISS are now classified as CISS Platforms and Systems:

- CISS Links (System)
- And more.
When and how are these massive changes coming out?
All these massive release operations have begun. Releases coming up in January 2024. CISS will release and announce all the effects of Office 1.0.0 Pre-MAX upgrade related to our individual divisions in their respective upgrade systems and groups. Stay Tuned!
The transformation is huge and may take a long time to complete. When done, we will announce it and work on government licenses and permits to avoid any legal issues that may arise later.
