How our branches works with each other

CISS is a multi-complex tech company divided into branches. Each branch, like the human body, has a specific role that it plays for the company to accomplish its tasks. Consider this example;

CISS offers a web design or development service. A Web Developer at our website’s department needs other departments or branches to complete a web project. The developer may need to contact our studio branch for UI and UX, our developer branch for Programming, our store branch for sales, and more.

So in CISS, sometimes it seems like the focus is divided. But that’s really not the case. If you focus one thing, let’s say building websites, you need multiple departments (branches) to complete successfully. We call it multidisciplinary. Not actually multi-focus.

The dictionary defines multidisciplinary as “something relating to multiple areas of study“. Each stage has its own focus, but they combine to form one incredible outcome. That is how our company’s branches and systems works with each other.
