Unveiling CISS GH Corporation – Founding Info
CISS company was founded on Tuesday, 8th August 2017 by a Ghanaian visionary tech entrepreneur – Annor Bright. It all started with just a WhatsApp group titled “Introduction to ICT” created without the intention of starting a company, but to gather a group of people to learn and implement Information Technology and Engineering.
A year later – on 21st October, 2018. the startup got its first name as “Craftech Productions“. Meaning, the combination of Crafts and Technology. On 20th February 2021, the company was legally registered under a new name – Craftech IT Solution Services (CISS) by the Registrars General Department – Registrar of Companies, Ghana.
Company Vision and Mission
“Our vision is to reduce the complexity of overcoming challenges“. How did we come up with this vision?
On April 1st 2022, three directors of CISS company conducted a chat meeting on what the company’s vision should be. After several chats, one board member drew out this statement from previous chats by the three directors – which is: “To reduce the complexity of overcoming challenges.”
“Our Mission is to reduce the complexity of overcoming challenges through our divisions area of focus.”
Company Divisions
- CISS Official: The main head or parent company of CISS GH Corporation handling all child companies, platforms, systems, etc. Works with CISS Office to manage the entire corporation.
- CISS Office: The head of management for CISS company. Designed for collaboration on projects, interviews, legal entities, and other company stuff.
- CISS Web: A web development company under CISS that builds professional, stunning, and affordable custom websites across the globe.
- CISS Design Studio: A creative agency that specializes in providing a variety of design services, including graphics, motion graphics, user interface and experience, and more.
- CISS Academy: Focuses on the educational sector and implements the company’s vision through IT training and technical support.
- CISS Engineering: An engineering center for schematic designs and more. Engineers will play a critical role in shaping the world. Our mission is to join and innovate in various fields in the Engineering sector to protect the planet and enhance living.
- CISS AI: Designed for studying and implementing the use of artificial intelligence, automation, and machine learning in all our platforms.

CISS company is currently operated through the board of directors and external collaborators. It is currently managed by four (4) board of directors who are all members of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
- Annor Bright – Founder and CEO: Directs and manages the entire corporation. Including all divisions or child companies, platforms, systems and everything in CISS company.
- Michael Owusu – CISS Director: Collaborates as an IT support specialist and director of CISS. Works on the legal entities and marketing of the company.
- Nathaniel Aboagye – CISS Director: Founder of DesiredBrain, official mentor for CISS and part of the directors of CISS educational department.
- Zuriel Adutchum – CISS Director: An official mentor for CISS, marketing executive, and part of the general directors of CISS GH Corporation.
