Official Platform Terms
Membership and Restrictions: As we said earlier, you can navigate through any public areas of this platform. We have restricted some areas to only allowed members. For example, if you are not a CISS developer, we will not allow you to see our source codes and other areas of our developer’s platform. This is to prevent unauthorized access.
If you want access, you can buy our membership plans to verify your identity or contact an Administrator if you are an official CISS Member. Please, follow these guidelines and do not try bypassing these security walls. We will locked you out.
Account Deactivation and Deletion
When you are inactive or you do not login to the site within 3 Months, we may deactivate your account. To restore it, you may have to contact the administrator within the next 30 days. If you fail to do so, we may permanently delete your account. This term is based on our inactive user policy.
Community Platform Terms
We designed CISS Community for collaboration and communication. You can share ideas and get technical support through chatting, joining groups and forums, and more. To use our community safely without getting banned, you must .
Explicit and Abuse Contents
If you are accepted in a group or a forum, or a member accepted your friend request and both of you are allowed to chat with one another on our platform, DO NOT share any pornographic or explicit content or post abusive speech. We will immediately block or suspend your account and delete all your contents on our platform if we see any suspicious activity.
Our Studio Designs Terms
We personally design very nice graphics, logos, social posts and more. We use these designs for advertising, motivation and other general purposes. You are not allowed to do the following:
- Not Allowed to upload any of our design works including our videos, graphics designs, social posts, documents, etc. on any other website or your social media account, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and all the others except WhatsApp and Telegram.
You can post any of our studio designs on your WhatsApp status, use as WhatsApp/Telegram Profile Picture or share to someone via WhatsApp/Telegram. Aside WhatsApp and Telegram, you can only post on other social platforms when you have been given permission from us. You must add a link to our website and give credits to us when permitted to do so.
- Not Allowed to sell or re-sell any of our Studio Media or online courses.
- Not Allowed to use any of our Logos – Our official logo, Space Logo, Nature Logo, Community Logo, Store Logo, Studio Logo, Engineering Logo, Academy Logo, Artificial Intelligence Logo and any other logos of us for any commercial purposes.
- Not Allowed to reproduce any content of CISS Ghana Limited, including videos, pictures, educational media, documents etc.
Breach of Terms of Use | Legal Actions
Breaching our terms of service will cause the following:
- If you do not follow these guidelines, and we see any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry to some areas of our site, we will take immediate action and block you from accessing the website. We will suspend your account and delete any content you have on our platform.
- We will block your computer or device from accessing the website. Contacting your Internet service provider to request back the access to the website will bring legal actions against you.
- If we find any of our contents on your social media account, we will submit an inquiry to the platform team and issue a threat of misusing our media. They may suspend your social media account or ban you permanently.
